Our story begins in London’s East End, shaped by generations of hard-working hands and unwavering ethics. Our maternal grandad was a fruit and veg wholesaler in Covent Garden and Spitalfields; our beloved Nanny, a nimble-fingered machinist in the rag trade. We were raised on pie and mash, trips to Victoria Park, and the quiet glamour of the East End.
Our love affair with Menorca started before we can remember. Our parents honeymooned there, and over time the island became our summer home. While London runs through our veins, Menorca has shaped our sense of calm. The contrast between these two places is fundamental to Palmaira — embodying the ease of the Mediterranean alongside the energy and rhythm of city life.
