Thank you for choosing to shop with Palmaira Sandals.  We hope that you enjoy your order.

These terms & conditions apply to all items ordered from Palmaira Sandals and by placing your order you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

Our products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the sandals that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Variations in colour, grain and texture can be expected from natural leather products and should not be seen as a fault.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

All our sandals are sold in EURO sizes, with the UK size provided as a guide only.  If you have any queries about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Purchase of products

When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process.  Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email.

Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Price and payment

We accept payment via PayPal and most major Credit and Debit Cards.  Full payment for your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order. We do not accept payment via E-Cheque.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges as detailed below.

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company of the card used for payment. Any customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.


If the goods that you order are in stock at the time when your order is accepted then we will aim to dispatch your order within a maximum of 5 working days.  

UK: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.

Overseas: Please allow up to 25 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.

Delayed Delivery: If your item has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact info@palmairasandals.com and we will investigate this for you. Once an item is confirmed as lost by the Courier/Mailing company we can issue a full refund.  Please be aware that this can take a few days to resolve.

The delivery cost for one pair of sandals is £3.78. Delivery on multiple pairs varies. Overseas Delivery starts at £20.00. Delivery to Ireland is £10.

We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time without notice to you. The cost of your delivery will always be confirmed at the time when your order is placed.

Items being delivered within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail, First Class Service signed for, or Hermes Courier Service signed for.

International deliveries will be sent by the most efficient carrier depending on your location.   


If you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them to Palmairas De Menorca Limited for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you. We regret we are unable to offer exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.

Sandals must be returned in an unworn state with tags attached.

Please note that we only offer refunds on our Glitter Palmairas for sizing reasons. The Glitter Palmairas are very delicate and are not designed to be worn as an everyday shoe. They cannot be exposed to water as glitter loss will occur. Some glitter loss is to be expected during wear.

This is also the case with the Neon Napa Leathers and Metallic Leathers. We can only offer refunds for sizing issues. These leathers which include the Neon Pink, Orange, Yellow, Coral and Leopard, Neon, Silver Leather, Rose Gold and Gold Leather are very delicate and prone to scuffing. The leather can not be cleaned with water or exposed to water as the colour will run.

Please be aware that our Wedge sandals are not designed to be as hard-wearing as our flat sandals. The cork wedge is a natural and porous material and can be prone to damage.

All of our sandals are covered by a 3 month warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.

We can only refund the PayPal account or credit card originally used for payment.

For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at info@palmairasandals.com stating the order number and nature of the problem.

We regret to inform you we cannot cover postage on faulty or returned goods.

Palmaira Sandals will not be liable for your returned items while they are in transit back to us, and would recommend using a tracked delivery service.
